On the outside there are a total of four pockets. One is especially for dog bags. The inside is adapted for goodies and with a smooth closure with a strap. On the backside there is a D-ring with a hook where you can hang for example a bottle of water. You can choose to hang the bag in your belt or use the shoulder strap and hang the bag over the adjustable shoulder strap.
